This work, God’s book as I call it, is waiting for you. The words are ready to move from the pages into your heart and mind. This book is alive.
Over the last few weeks, I’ve been sharing excerpts in different settings. Everytime I read, I feel like I am breathing life into the pages and the healing is flooding my cells in return. As the author, this book feels like a divine contract. My soul is saying, “I brought the truth you gave me to them, God. It’s their turn now.” While there is much more for me to do in this lifetime, this moment feels complete. No matter what is next, this book is the yes that marked a season of rebirth for me. I am grateful, humbled, and at peace.
I know what happens next. The flood of opinions, perspectives, resistance, invitations to pontificate… the rhetoric and shenanigans. I’ve seen it. My response is simple, “so what.”

It had to be.
The truth needed to be available- unbridled and raw. What people choose to do with it or as a result from the impact is really between them and God.
I was in a beautiful session with my dear friend and sister Dr. Miriam Shiferaw when I had an epiphany. “My job is to deliver the truth as God reveals it to me. When or if they choose to believe it is not my job.” I am standing in that energy as we release the book to the world.
While what happens from here is not really up to me (outside of the instructions I have to grow the book’s reach), what I do feel connected to is our collective choice to heal. I believe it will be a part of my swan song for the balance of this lifetime. We must do our work to heal. The planet and all of its inhabitants are depending on it. We have to raise the collective consciousness to a high frequency and awareness. Your voice is pivotal in that work. Your purpose is intertwined. You are called to this moment, too… and that is why you are reading this.
So I want you to know a secret.

There is healing in the pages! No, like seriously. The book holds sacred wisdom and a promise that if you choose to receive, you will heal. So hold it in your hands- take it with you to the park. Let it be with you as you take the steps to use your power and wisdom to heal yourself.

Because that is how we will help heal the world.
It’s a big job, but together, we will create a shift. It’s guaranteed by God, so who are we to question whether or not what we share will make a difference. It will. It already has.

Renewal Is a Prerequisite for Growth
Few concepts are as universally resonant, and yet as mysteriously elusive, as the idea of renewal. In my November 2025 episode of *Divine Guidance* I was led to bring this idea close enough for us to really touch and examine it. For me, renewal isn’t just a passing phase; it’s a necessary part of stepping into who we truly are, and even more importantly, who we are meant to become.
What I’ve found most powerful about renewal isn’t the stretching or the striving, it’s the letting go. When we enter seasons of change (and let’s be honest, most of us are there right now), we tend to focus on what we should *do* next, what we should *build* or *become*. But real renewal starts with release. We have to be willing to let go of the hurt, the disappointment, and the patterns of behavior that have kept us from moving forward. Only then can we make space for what God is truly trying to do in and through us.
If you are in a season that feels uncertain, restless, or even exhausting, start by gently questioning what you’re gripping too tightly. Renewal will not take root where nostalgia, comfort, or fear barricade the gates. Letting go isn’t resignation. It's making space for new life.
To truly embrace renewal and move my life forward, I’ve learned that I have to begin with honest self-inquiry. Renewal always starts with a conversation between me, myself, and I. One truth I often share is this: complacency is acceptance. When I choose to stay where I am, emotionally, spiritually, or mentally, I’m agreeing to the version of life I’ve already outgrown.
The real shift happens when I move from passively accepting what was to actively participating in what’s unfolding within me. Renewal isn’t something that happens to us; it’s something we partner with. And that partnership begins the moment we get honest about where we are and courageous enough to step into what’s next.
Ask yourself the following questions:
1. What beliefs, routines, or relationships have I been holding onto that no longer serve my growth?
2. When I pause and reflect, do I feel excitement, or anxiety, at the prospect of change? Why?
3. Where in my life do I notice myself hiding, performing, or seeking external validation?
4. How am I nurturing myself during this period of transition? Are my self-care practices keeping pace with my internal transformation?
5. What one step can I take this week to relinquish an outdated attachment or fear, making room for renewal?
