We Do Hard Things!
Last week I had the opportunity to do a grounding for the monthly session in one of my favorite communities, The Craft of Coaching. CoC is the brainchild of Remarkable Community member Myra Capri and CoC vision partner and friend Jessica Dawson. Whew- when brilliant minds get together. Celebrating the second anniversary of the community is a huge milestone. CoC is growing and growing and growing!
As I prepared for the grounding, I kept being reminded that I knew what to say. I was clear that my assignment was to pour back into the coaches in the community who are always pouring into others. As I was deep in flow, I heard myself say, "You do the hard things when no one is watching. You do the hard things when everyone is watching." It simply flowed from my lips acknowledging a truth that I think we can all identify with. If your drawn to me or the path of creating a Remarkable Life, then surely you know. It is simply time to acknowledge that we are always doing all of the things and the work has weight.
It has weight.
It has weight because there is impact. What we do, you and I, is setting the stage for a different way of being in the world. In so many ways, we cultivate spaces that help people grow, heal and transform. It has meaning. It matters.
And so do you.
I invite you to pause for a bit. Remember that you have carried a lot for a long way. You can put it down now. You don't have to carry anything that is not yours in the days ahead. It's time to acknowledge that you don't have to be everything to everyone, nor do you have to carry the collective burdens. Put it down. The hard things. Let it go.
You may not realize it, but people see you and feel your impact. There are so many special ways that your presence changes someone else's experience that you may not realize. It is a gift to be you. You are a treasure. Tread a bit more lightly this week. Feel into your impact. Know that you were made for this moment and that you came so that you could be a part of what is to come. You dreamt this moment and it is here. So much more is ahead than what you can see in the present moment. I am grateful to be on this journey with you.
Peace and Blessings!

Divine Guidance- March 2025
In a world where opinions echo unchecked and misinformation spreads rapidly, returning to foundational truths has never been more critical. In my March 2025 episode of The Anika Apple Podcast, I dive into the urgency of relying on divine guidance, healing, and personal introspection to navigate the noise and discern the truth. Here are four key insights from this episode:
Heart Exposure: Seeing Beyond the Surface
We are living in a time of deep revelation—true intentions are being exposed. This heart exposure requires us to look beyond what’s being said and explore the motivations behind it. As illusions crumble and systems collapse, we are faced with difficult truths about people and institutions we once trusted. Though painful, this unveiling is essential for personal and societal growth, forcing us to reevaluate our relationships and beliefs.
"We are going to have to actively work to let go of people in this season as the hearts are exposed, it's going to be important for you to recognize that there are people in your life that you are going to have to release."
Grief and Actively Letting Go
With exposure comes loss—the loss of relationships, familiar systems, and long-held beliefs. But this grief isn’t just personal; it’s collective. As we shift away from old structures that no longer serve us, we naturally mourn what once felt secure. Letting go may be painful, but it’s necessary. When we release what no longer aligns with our highest good, we create space for healing and transformation. Remember that we are capable of creating something new.
Divine Wisdom: Trusting Your Intuition
Navigating this journey requires a deeper trust in divine wisdom—the inner knowing that guides us beyond external influences. I emphasize the importance of strengthening our connection to God’s voice, listening to our intuition, and making decisions rooted in faith rather than fear. Cultivating discernment isn’t just about knowledge—it’s about spiritual and emotional healing, allowing us to move with clarity and confidence.
Rejecting the Misuse of God
Too often, we see God’s name used to justify personal and political agendas. I challenge you to examine what is presented as God’s will and seek divine truth directly. Faith should never be a tool for manipulation—it is meant to liberate, not control. By fostering an authentic relationship with God, we reclaim agency over our beliefs and actions, standing firmly in truth rather than deception.
This episode is an invitation to pause, reflect, and lean into divine wisdom. The path forward requires courage, but as we trust in God’s guidance, we step into a truth that is unwavering and a faith that is unshakable.
