Happy 50th Birthday To Me!
50 is a massive milestone! I am so grateful to have life more abundantly and to have the opportunity to do the work of my choice. Check out my funny named blog post for this week and make sure you take a moment to see what's inspiring me this week- It's You! I've enclosed a special gift for you- one I believe you will always remember.
I am celebrating year 50 all year long! I decided to have a variety of celebrations- some virtual, local in atl and some in sunny destinations. I love the idea because it gives me a chance to celebrate with so many more of my loved ones. If you'd like to be in the know about the Year 50 celebrations, join the group and keep an eye on your email for the itinerary. Each option is separate and there is no pressure to join!
Peace and Blessings!

The Earth is Flat. The Aliens are here. The Kingdom of God is at Hand. We’re Making Things Great Again. Everything is Already Great. Wait, everything is falling apart...
What’s actually true? What do we really believe collectively? Is it even safe or reasonable to continuously buy into what others say or blindly believe “common knowledge?”
I am not an expert on Fringe Theory or the various works that fall under the category. Wikipedia defines a fringe theory as “an idea or a viewpoint that differs significantly from the accepted scholarship of the time within its field.” These theories depart from the commonly agreed upon beliefs that we have been taught to hold. They represent thought and theory that is likely believed to have less evidence than that which is most commonly believed.
It seems that Fringe Theory is easily dismissed because of the longevity of the widely held ideas or theories. However, if you think about it, everything started from that point. It is merely our current day perspective that grounds us in believing that the things we hold as truth today are indeed fact. At some point, it was a theory that needed to be tested. We are the recipients of years of testing those theories and continuing to perpetuate their truth. These things stand as a collective truth until something irrefutable proves it to be questionable or untrue.
Fringel-Poop.
It’s my version of Pish-tosh. You know, a nonsensical word that leads to the flippant dismissal of something that has unrecognized value. It may have value, but you haven’t considered the potential validity. It’s my cynicism towards those who have no space for the things that are on the fringe. In general, humanity has decided to stay in common narratives at a time when information is emerging everyday to show us how little we really know about things.
Imagine for a moment that three years ago someone would have told you that there were parasites being released in the fog. It’s probable that you would have raised an eyebrow and called it a conspiracy theory. I don’t know that it has been proven unequivocally today, but there is a faction of people who seem to believe that it is true. It’s even more interesting that we may not believe it, but we now have proof that it is possible because we know that there were things spread through the fog historically.
Yes, I am telling you that we know it’s possible because the truth has been revealed. We have the ability and clearly some type of rationale to choose to release things in a fog that impact the health of our people. It is so, yet we may still find it difficult to believe that it is happening now. That is how fringe thinking begins.
This notion of “fringe” thinking is a way to dismiss what we don’t know or understand as something that doesn’t really matter. It is not until someone of significant influence or with compelling evidence brings it into light as truth. I am reminded about the power of the work that Joe Dispenza leads where his team captures the changes in the brain and body during meditation. I can recall reviewing the results of a study during the early days of COVID-19 and being blown away by the study and impact of meditation. The potential to lessen severity and duration of the virus was really eye-opening. At some point, the general public thought meditation’s value was only spiritual and emotional when it always had the ability to impact our total physiology.

It’s not crap, I mean poop. Woo-Woo. Bogus.
We could simply tell the truth and say, “gosh we simply don’t know it all.” Yet we have been conditioning ourselves, largely to satisfy the ego, to believe that we know everything. We don’t. The simple truth is that there is a lot of conventional wisdom that is about to be debunked. Over the next few years, the level of exposure to the truth is going to be astronomical. We will find out that there has been some bartering with human lives. There will be proof of agreements that have significant impact on the sovereignty of many countries. We will learn about tests and trials run right in front of our eyes. Much of what is happening are things that people think of as too far out to possibly be true. But how do you really know?
You have to leave space for chance, possibilities, expansiveness and well…God.
I’ve come to realize that I know things that are far beyond the realm of what I believed was possible in my humanness. Sometimes I walk into a room where my phone has been charging just as it begins to ring. Sometimes I know who it is before I can even see the screen. There are times I simply know what someone is about to say or I hear a song and then talk to someone on the phone and it is playing in the background. These things that we typically brush off as “coincidences” or even lucky guesses are often so much more.
It’s not by accident that people are experiencing more of the synchronicities that accentuate their gifting. In fact, expect to experience even more connectedness in your day-to-day life. I encourage you to welcome it. You are experiencing an opportunity to deepen your connection to the truth within. As you continue to acknowledge what you know, you will begin to see that mainstream acceptance is designed to continue patterns of behavior. Not all of the behaviors support the highest good for us all.
The key point here is that there is more to explore in life. I am not suggesting that you chase every theory you hear, but you might explore the things that keep drawing you towards them. Rather than digesting everything you can from social and traditional media, make a daily practice of meditation with the intention to open yourself up to the truth about that topic. Journaling can provide another way to allow your curiosity to unfold. Try journaling daily by capturing questions that come up and then exploring what is possible. The intent is not to judge the possibilities but to create room for them.
I’ve had some incredible conversations with God. One of the things that comes up often...

Lessons in Leadership from the Super Bowl
Building Strong Foundations for Success
In the realm of leadership, much like in football, the strength of your support system determines your ability to succeed. As demonstrated in the Super Bowl analysis, when leaders have robust protection—whether it's an offensive line in football or a supportive team in business—they gain the crucial space needed to survey opportunities and make strategic decisions. This protection isn't just about physical presence; it's about creating an infrastructure where people understand their roles and execute them with precision.
The Commitment Factor: Playing Until the End
True leadership manifests in unwavering commitment, regardless of circumstances. As observed in Patrick Mahomes' consistent focus throughout the game, effective leaders maintain their composure and dedication even when facing significant challenges. This steadfast approach sends a powerful message to team members: we're in this together until the final moment, giving everything we have for our shared goals.
"Watching my daughter excitedly identify with every woman in Nike's inclusive advertising reminded me: representation isn't just about being seen - it's about showing our youth all they can become." - Anika Apple
Creating Space for Inclusive Growth
Modern leadership demands creating opportunities for all voices to be heard and all talents to flourish. Just as the Super Bowl commercials highlighted the importance of inclusivity in sports, particularly for women and marginalized groups, effective leadership means breaking down barriers and challenging traditional limitations. It's about recognizing that diversity isn't just about representation—it's about creating authentic spaces for different perspectives and experiences to thrive.
The Foundation of Transformation
Today's leaders must recognize that we're in an era of massive transformation. Success requires building organizations on solid foundations that can withstand change while embracing innovation. This means developing systems and cultures that aren't just stable but are also adaptable enough to evolve with changing times. True leadership involves being bold enough to challenge existing paradigms while maintaining the integrity of core values.
